Residents In A Carrigaline Housing Estate Take On A Series Of Challenges To Get Through Covid Lockdown

Six families in the Highbury housing estate are taking part with one of the challenges to appear on radio.

Six families in the Highbury housing estate are taking part in the aptly named "Highbury Games", which have seen a strict set of rules drawn up and the challenges are all graded from very easy to very difficult.

Photographic and video evidence is required to be awarded the points for a challenge one of which included one of the Dad's involved dyeing his hair red.

At least 15 of the challenges must be completed by Saturday night when the winners will be announced.

Jamie Buckley told RedFM's Lana O'Connor that one of the challenges involved getting on radio which he achieved when he appeared on Dave Mac's Drive last evening:
