John McLoughlin is a Corkman living in Vietnam
They were in a bar about three weeks ago and it came out that two people in the bar tested positive for Covid19. They had been told this and were told to self isolate for two weeks so they did. But on the 13th day, they were told that people had to go into these camp like buildings as more people started to test positive for it.
There are about 50 Irish over there in these terrible conditions.
