Woman in her 40's being questioned by gardai investigating fatal Glanmire crash

A woman in her 40's is being questioned by gardai investigating the death of a mother of two in her 50's who died in a crash in Glanmire on February 11th last.

The woman is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at a garda station in Cork.

Sheila Dunne died in a single vehicle collision in Sarsfield Court in Glanmire in February. She worked as a special needs assistant at Watergrasshill National School

She is survived by her two children, her parents along with her brothers and sisters

Sheila was fondly remembered in Watergrasshill National School where she was described as having been a warm, generous and kind person.

Tributes were also paid to her by the Rainbow Club charity who said they would miss “her gorgeous smile” and wonderful hugs.
