A woman who was arrested in connection with a fatal road crash in Glanmire in February has been released without charge.
A file will be prepared for the DPP.
The crash happened on the night of the 11th of February at Sarsfield Court.
50-year-old Sheila Dunne was taken to Cork University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries where she died two days later.
At the time of the collision, Gardaí appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
Gardaí arrested a woman in her 40's yesterday in relation to the crash.
She was brought to a Garda station in Cork and was released without charge last night.
Gardaí say a file will be prepared for the DPP.
