One man was arrested last Friday while the other was arrested yesterday.
Emergency services were called to a vacant house in Clancoole Terrace in the town shortly before 2am on the 31st of October.
No one was injured in the blaze, however the house was extensively damaged.
Gardaí have thanked the public for their help during the investigation and say a file is now being prepared for the DPP.
