Two Cork students win Aldi's Back to School Colouring Competition in aid of Barnardos

The winners of the Aldi's Back to School Colouring Competition in aid of Barnardos have been announced and two winners are from Cork, with another from Dublin.

Noah Porter from St. Colman's Boys National School, Macroom, Co. Cork, Shivya Dinesh from St. Raphaela's Primary School, Stillorgan, and Huda Shareep from Carrigtwohill Community College, Co. Cork all took home prizes for their amazing artwork.

In August of this year, Aldi hosted the art competition in aid of the children’s charity.

It was open to children of school going age, with a grand prize of €1,000 art bursary available for three winning children.

This is one of Aldi’s many initiatives which they set up in order to raise €1 million for its charity partner Barnardos by 2022.
