The Health and Safety Authority has launched an investigation after a man died when a wall collapsed on top of him yesterday afternoon near Bandon in West Cork.
A second man was also injured in the incident which occurred in Kilmore at about 4pm,
It is understood the men were building a wall when it fell on top of them.

The funeral of Tadhg Farrell will take place today after he lost his life in a fire in Edenderry, County Offaly.
