The Taoiseach and Ministers for Justice and Children have expressed their concern and sadness over the death of a teenager at a Tusla care facility in Dublin yesterday. He died at the scene in Donaghmede, after a suspected stabbing in which a second teenage boy, and a woman, were injured.
