A 43-year-old man found not guilty for murdering his brother for reason of insanity in Carrigaline has been remanded in care. John Murphy Junior of Seaview Avenue, Carrigaline went on trial last month charged with the murder of his younger brother Shane Murphy and attempted murder of his father John Weeshie Murphy on March 26th 2022.
