Spike Island Development and UNITE have confirmed to RedFM News that following a meeting today all issues have been resolved to the satisfaction of the parties.
It follows claims by two employees that basic toilet facilities were not provided for them, and that they had been dismissed from their employment at the kiosk on Kennedy Pier.
The staff concerned are returning to work for Spike Island Tours for the remainder of the 2020 season.
Both parties say they're delighted to have a satisfactory and positive outcome and look forward to working together for the remainder of the 2020 season.
And they say they will not be making further comment on the matter.
