The Noonan’s Road Residents Committee say their homes are not fit to live in and are calling on the Council to intervene as a matter of urgency.
The group say residents of the almost 60-year-old buildings, which includes flats on Saint Finbarr’s Road, have raised concerns about parts of the structures, are struggling to get rid of black mould and have suffered from rat and mice infestations.
