A remaining Noonan’s Road tenant says the thought of leaving her home is killing her.

Cork City Council has put up a demolition notice at the site where residents have complained of mould, damp and rodent infestation.

Speaking to RedFM News, Brenda Thompson who is still waiting to be moved says the council should have fixed the issues years ago:

"I'm just so stressed, the thoughts of leaving here is killing me, I know I have to go, it's heartbreaking. They could have come in 12 years ago when I asked them to come in and do it up for me and put me back in again. And if they done it for everyone that was here, it would have been brilliant."
