Plans for a major bus interchange at the Black Ash Park and Ride is set to go to tender.
Cork City Council says the plans which were announced last February will go ahead later this year.
The interchange will create significant new connections between Cork University Hospital, UCC, Cork Airport and Kent Railway Station.
