Planning permission is being sought for the former Debenhams building.

The Patrick Street property has been vacant since the retailer closed all of its 11 Irish department stores in 2020.

Permission has now been sought to turn the building, originally occupied by Roches Stores, into 3 retail units possibly featuring Intersport Elvery's and Zara and could be open by Christmas.
