Paul Street Shopping Centre is to go to auction next week, with a guide price of just under €2m.
The centre, which opened in 1985, features 19 independent retail outlets with 14 tenants, none of whom will be affected by the sale
The sale does not include Tesco, nor does it include the multi story carpark, which is owned by Cork City Council.
Real estate company BidX1 is handling the sale, and is inviting interested parties to register for the auction, which takes place on the 18th of May.
