Over 40'000 people are waiting for NCT tests in Cork.
That's according to figures released to Deputy Thomas Gould who has called on the Minister for Transport to carry out a review into the NCT system.
The figures for Cork show 34,909 people are waiting for their NCT date with a further 6,303 on a cancellation list.
