Uisce Éireann has launched a new online platform for customers to report water discolouration.
It comes as residents across the city have been complaining of brown dirty water coming from their taps for 3 years.
The water provider is encouraging the public to report issues at water.ie.
Meanwhile, Uisce Éireann crews are continuing to work to repair the water main in Ballinhassig - repairs are expected to be completed by around 8 o'clock this evening.
