More turkeys have tested positive for bird flu, this time in County Monaghan.
The flock in Clontibret is the latest to be infected with avian influenza despite a national housing order in effect.
The HSE says the risk to public health is still very low even as the numbers increase.
The public is asked not to handle sick or dead wild birds and to report them to the Department of Agriculture.
Fota Wildlife Park remains closed following an outbreak of bird flu.
A compulsory housing order will come into force from 10th November for poultry & captive birds. Events which involve the assembly of live birds will not be permitted in order to protect the birds from the risk of becoming infected
