The County Council is closing part of the road by Beal na Blath today.
The L2011 Road near the Ambush Site will be closed between half past 10.30 this morning and 5 o'clock this evening.
The closure is to facilitate 'The Michael Collins Commemoration'.
An alternative route, via Boxers Cross, Newcestown and Mossgrove, will be signposted.
