30 year old Dylan Magee of number 30, Churchfield Green, Cork City appeared at Cork District Court via video link this morning.
Dylan Magee stands charged with one count of murdering Matthew Healy at Room 2, St Joseph’s Ward, Mercy University Hospital, Cork city on the 22nd of January.
Magee first appeared in court last Tuesday and was remanded to Cork Prison.
Today at Cork District Court, Sergeant Gearóid Davis said the state is awaiting directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Judge Olann Kelleher remanded Dylan Magee in continuing custody at Cork Prison.
He’s due to appear before the court again via video link on Monday the 13th of February.
