A man charged with causing criminal damage to the Taoiseach's constituency office in Cork on the 27th of May has been ordered to stay away from the area and to refrain from any contact, indirect or direct, with Micheal Martin or his staff members.
Thomas Heising of Frankfield Terrace in Summerhill South, appeared before a sitting of Cork District Court today.
The 34 year old was arrested on Saturday and charged with the offence yesterday - he made no reply when the charge was put to him under caution.
He's been remanded on bail to appear before Cork District Court on the 25th of July.
