A man in his 50s has died in a workplace accident near Bandon in County Cork.
It happened at a premises shortly after 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
He was pronounced dead at the scene which was sealed off.
The Health and Safety Authority and Gardai are investigating his death separately.
Another man is being treated for serious injuries in Cork University Hospital.
