Results of the first count are in for all five Cork constituencies with around 62 per cent of voters giving Catherine Connolly their No 1
This is followed by Heather Humphries who performed slightly better in Cork North West and South West compared to the city constituencies and Cork East
Of the five constituencies Cork North Central had the highest number of spoiled votes at 14.2 per cent
Voter turnout across Cork averaged around 45%
