Locals on Shandon Street are celebrating the winning two hundred and fifty million euro Euromillions ticket.
Clifford’s Centra sold the winning ticket for Tuesday’s record breaking draw and the street came to a standstill as the champagne was popped.
It’s not yet know who won the life-changing amount.

"There's a lot of people coming from work and going to work doing the Lottery, and it could be a syndicate, we don't know. We do sell a lot of lottery, so I hope it's someone local that we know that needs it. It's brilliant, I only heard and I came in then straight away. It's brilliant, the atmosphere is fabulous no matter who wins it"
