The service based at St Finbarr's Hospital in the city says blood levels have been dropping due to donors being vaccinated or going on their summer holidays.
Donor levels typically drop off during the summer, however the shortage has been made worse by the pandemic.
Clinics will operate at the Rochestown Park Hotel next Sunday, Monday and Tuesday while a second clinic will run at the Clayton Silver Springs Hotel next Wednesday and Thursday.
