House price inflation is at a 10-year high.
The average house in Cork city now costs €370,000 while it's €326,000 in the county.
Author of Daft.ie's latest report, economist Ronan Lyons says there are some variances across the country:
"For example, Dublin has an inflation rate of 12% but Cork, the inflation rate is slower - it's only 8%. I say only 8% but still 8% is a very big increase in a 12 month period."
