If you’re in the market for a Halloween day out, then these Cork based pumpkin activities are the ideal spot for you and your family this spooky season.

Located in Grenagh and Cobh, both are now open for bookings.

Starting the 23rd of October, The Farm Grenagh will be hosting a range of spooky activities on the farm.

When you purchase a ticket to the pumpkin patch you get the pumpkin experience, a farm walk, access to a themed playground which includes the fun “Barrel Ride.”

The organisers recommend wearing boots or wellies and say that despite the event being outdoors, it will take place regardless of the weather.

Tickets are €16 per child and €8 per adult and Covid-19 safety regulations will be in place.

Tickets can be purchased through The Farm Grenagh website and are set to run out fast!

If you’re looking for something more hands on, then why not head to Cobh where you can take part in a pumpkin carving camp.

During the October mid-term the Great Island Community Centre is running their annual 'Spooktacular Halloween Pumpkin Carving Camp.’

Taking place on Tuesday the 26th of October and Wednesday the 27th of October from 10am to 2pm in the community centre.

You can ring them on 021-2815904 to book your spot and for more information check out their website here.

Prices are set at €30 per child with limited spaces available, so get booking if you’re interested!
