Gardaí are continuing to appeal for witnesses after a crash on the north side of the city yesterday.
A man was arrested in connection with the collision but has since been released.
Gardai and emergency services were alerted to a two car collision on Bakers Road in Gurranabraher at around 2pm yesterday.
Several people were treated for injuries at the scene while a woman in her 60's and a man in his 50's were taken to hospital for further medical treatment.
A man in his 20's was arrested yesterday and held at a garda station in the city for questioning
He has since been released and Gardai are urging anyone with any information in relation to the collision to contact them
