Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle that happened around 9pm last night in Knocknaheeny.
The teenage motorcyclist was taken to Cork University Hospital with serious injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
Courtown Drive is currently closed with local diversions in place and a technical examination is being conducted at the scene.
