ESB have issued a safety warning as temperatures are set to improve this bank holiday weekend.
The company have warned the public against swimming in ESB reservoirs, saying that they are not suitable for swimming in due to deep and fast-flowing waters, changing water levels and uneven ground.
ESB have two reservoirs in Cork, located in Inniscarra and Carrigdrohid.
