Speaking to RedFM News, Senior Engineer with Cork County Council Ger Barry says the sink hole is still being investigated:
"It was monitored over the weekend and it was decided on Sunday to close the road to true traffic as precautionary measure. The measure has been investigators and assessed by engineers this morning."
