Cork University Hospital has been named as the second most overcrowded hospital in the country today, with 53 patients waiting on trolleys.
Overall there are 525 patients without a bed in hospitals today, including 104 in University Hospital Limerick.
There are 17 people waiting for a bed in The Mercy Hospital, bringing the county's total to 70.
