Cork runner Ryan Creech finished second in the men's national title race at today's Irish Life Dublin Marathon.
Over 22,500 runners took part in the event today with Limerick’s Ava Crean and Waterford man David McGlynn this years champions.
Leevale AC member Ryan Creech says he's happy to have reached a new personal best time in today's race:
"2:11.. I thought there was a bit more in it today, the weather didn't play ball. Really happy with my performance but unfortunatly 2nd again and it's probably an itch I won't scratch unfortunately, but a great day out, I can't be disappointed, I ran really strong."
