Cork hospitals see decline in patients waiting on trolleys

36 patients are waiting on trolleys across the County today.

According to the INMO's daily trolley watch figures, there are 24 waiting for a bed in CUH and 12 in the Mercy.

There are no patients without a bed in Bantry General Hospital today.

University Hospital Limerick continues to be the most overcrowded, where 57 are on trolleys.

Nationally, 390 patients are waiting for a hospital bed.
