Cork based company announce major partnership with US company

A Cork based company has announced they will be working in partnership with Panacea Technologies.

CVX Global is based in Little Island, and is a transatlantic strategic alliance of Crest Solutions, Xyntek Incorporated and VistaLink are set to combine the three businesses under common ownership with Panacea Technologies.

Founded in 1998 as Crest Solutions by Roscommon native Frank Madden, the company announced a partnership in March 2020 with long-term partner companies Xyntek Incorporated and Vistalink to create a single life sciences solution business with a worldwide scale, becoming CXV Global.

 The company currently employing 300 people across their Irish and UK offices has said that the fusion of their businesses with Panacea Technologies will lead to further opportunities for growth and expansion across Ireland.

Frank Madden, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CXV Global, said:

“We are immensely proud of our domestic and international growth from our base in Cork increasing turnover almost ten-fold in the last 10 years. Cork continues to be an excellent place from which to grow an internationally focused business. Our ability to hire so many talented people in Cork, in addition to having so many multi-national Life Sciences manufacturing customers with a presence here, have been key enablers in the success of the business.
