Childline in Cork says it's seeing a spike in calls from children who are anxious about returning to school.

The service provided by the ISPCC is a free confidential 24/7 listening service.

Speaking to RedFM News, Regina O'Sullivan from Childline in Cork says some children are finding settling into the new school year difficult:

"Children that have gone into school but there base class may have changed, children are finding themselves in classes without their main group of friends. And there finding that difficult, so a new set of worries."
