There are calls for 400 Ukrainians, due to be relocated from Youghal next week, to be allowed to stay in the area.
This follows a six month reprieve from their first eviction notice with some employers saying they are losing valuable staff.
Speaking to RedFM News, Fiona Corcoran founder of The Greater Chernobyl Cause is calling on the Government to change its mind again:
"I want them to rethink this and please allow our people to stay in Youghal. We have a similar situation in Millstreet. Uprooting people who are working in the local community. They are paying their taxes like you and I. So, I'm asking it to rethink it logically."
