3.5 million euro has been paid out to businesses in Cork that were flooded during Storm Babet last October.

Sinead Morrisey who owns Bertelli Menswear in Midleton says the flood payment isn’t enough to put in waterproof measures.

Speaking to RedFM News, Sinead says she’s afraid to refurbish her shop in case it floods again

"I don't think it's enough. What we are being asked to do is waterproof our businesses  and the cost of that is really expensive. It's way more than €100,000 to waterproof a store, a shop or a business so that money was not enough"
