The book of evidence is to be served on a 51-year-old woman facing 132 charges related to the alleged theft of over €70,000 from a well-known restaurant in the county.
Nessa Gilsenan of Copper Beech House, Mellifontstown, Kinsale is due before Bandon District Court again in September.
The court previously heard Ms Gilsenan is accused of the theft of various amounts of between just over €80 and up to €1,650 from award winning restaurant Fishy Fishy in Kinsale between 2017 and 2022.
She is also charged with offences relating to alleged false accounting.
Today Judge Joanne Carroll remanded Gilsenan - who was not present in court - on continuing bail until the 18th of September for service of the book of evidence on all charges.
Fishy Fishy is run by well-known chef Martin Shanahan, who has appeared on and presented several cooking related shows on television.
