Cuan Mhuire operates five treatment centres including one at Farnanes in Co Cork and several step-down facilities including one on Western Road in the city.
Management says it receives as little as €4 per bed per night in funding from the Government and is warning they may be forced to close one of their centres if funding is not increased.
