A sixteen-year-old boy has appeared in court, charged with the murder of 44-year-old Barry Daly in Doneraile.
The juvenile - who cannot be named due to his age is the third person to be charged with the murder of the father of four.
Giving evidence of arrest, charge and caution Det Gda David Forsythe said the accused made no reply when the murder charge was put to him.
The juvenile was remanded in detention to Oberstown Detention campus and is due before Mallow District Court again via video link on Tuesday
Barry Daly was pronounced dead close to his home in Doneraile following an assault in the early hours of Sunday.
A 20-year-old man and 17-year-old boy were charged with his murder yesterday and are also due to appear before Mallow District Court via video link on Tuesday.
