Cork City Council is being urged not to proceed with a new dog fouling campaign which uses strong language.
The campaign, which consisted of posters with the phrase - Get your S H * T Together - is due to be rolled out shortly.
However, many feel the provocative slogan will not have the intended effect, and may encourage children to curse.
