Trocaire Head of Policy and Advocacy Siobhan Curran who's at Cop 27, wants action taken on funding for Loss and Damage for those impacted by climate change.
"We're calling for the Irish government and the EU to support a loss and damage Finance Facility.
"This is because the communities that we're living with are living the climate emergency right now, and they're experiencing crisis after crisis.
"This is causing massive losses and damages and suffering, and the injustice of this is that those who have done the least to cause the climate crisis are being forced to pay the price."
