Advertising Sales Executive
Reporting directly to The Sales Director, this candidate will be target driven and able to establish, maintain and grow productive and professional relationships with OUR EXISTING customers. The successful candidate will need to have excellent new business generating abilities.
They will need to be persistent, resilient and able to handle pressure but also be a good listener in order to understand clients’ needs.
Naturally outgoing and sociable.
The role will involve:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a detailed and evolving knowledge of key clients and their sectors
- Identification of new client opportunities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Ability to negotiate and close agreements with large and high value customers
- You should be a confident networker.
- Ability to work within team dynamic as role involves multi-department cooperation
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to generate creative led business solutions.
- Problem solving skills to resolve queries and customer requirements.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure, and be able to meet daily deadlines and deal effectively with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passionate about sales, commercial radio and media
- A full driving licence
