 The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience as a receptionist in a retailing/customer focused environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience of operating a busy main switchboard is preferred
  • Smart, professional appearance and courteous manner are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and a passion for service excellence.
  • Strong general administration and organisational skills are required
  • Strong IT skills are required. Proficient in Word and Excel

Key responsibilities:
The following responsibilities are core to the effective performance of the role:

  • Answering calls in a professional manner
  • Logging calls and messages
  • Typing and filing sales quotations
  • Enveloping and posting of invoices and statements.
  • Updating Ronnie Moore web page
  • Updating and developing Ronnie Moore social media
  • To carry out various ad-hoc general administration activities
