Ronnie Moore Limited require a Receptionist/Administrator for Maternity Cover
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a receptionist in a retailing/customer focused environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience of operating a busy main switchboard is preferred
- Smart, professional appearance and courteous manner are essential
- Excellent communication skills, professional telephone manner and a passion for service excellence.
- Strong general administration and organisational skills are required
- Strong IT skills are required. Proficient in Word and Excel
The following responsibilities are core to the effective performance of the role:
- Answering calls in a professional manner
- Logging calls and messages
- Typing and filing sales quotations
- Enveloping and posting of invoices and statements.
- Updating Ronnie Moore web page
- Updating and developing Ronnie Moore social media
- To carry out various ad-hoc general administration activities
