Due to expansion we require a new sales consultant for our Cork branch.

The Sales Consultant will assist the Branch Sales Manager/ Branch Manager in driving day to day sales growth within the branch, embrace sales initiatives across their hub, build strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service. They will also be involved in overseeing the equipment within the branch, carrying out some cash handling and dealing with customers over the phone.
- Embrace sales campaigns, and generate leads for the sales team
- Exceed targets for sales, customer service, debt and branch standards
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day
- Maintain professional standards of product knowledge
- Achieve and maintain stock levels and availability, carrying out testing of equipment as required
- Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes
- Represent the company and values ("HSSness") of the business and portray a professional and businesslike image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.
- Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front
- Ensure location is maintained to our 360° brand
- Carry out other tasks and duties as required
- Sales experience in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local markets
- Driving license preferred but not essential
