Munster hurling championship could revert to a knockout format

The Munster and Leinster hurling championships could revert to a knockout format this season due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Both Provincial Championships have used a round-robin format for the last two seasons.

The GAA has also confirmed the Connacht Football Championship clash between London and Roscommon in Ruislip on the 3rd of May has been cancelled.

The association is targeting the 15th of June as a potential date for the resumption of games.
