Ireland under 17s off to winning start
The Republic of Ireland under 17s got off to the perfect start in their European Championship qualifying campaign last night.
Colin O'Brien's side defeated Andorra 6-0 at Turner's Cross, with Cork City's Oran Crowe playing the second half.
Goals from Robert Mahon, Evan Ferguson (2), Colin Conroy, Calum Kavanagh and an own goal securing the win for the Boys in Green.
Next up is the clash with Montenegro on Friday night.
