INTERVIEW - Cork's MMA World Champion Ryan Spillane

Cork has a new world champion.
Ryan "The Hulk" Spillane won gold at the IMMAF World Championships in Bahrain on Saturday.
The SBG Cork City heavyweight fought three times to reach the final, winning each bout in style.
However his final opponent, Chaddad Alexandre of Lebanon, was unable to participate, meaning Spillane won the gold medal without having to throw a punch in anger.
We spoke to Ryan from Bahrain - this is the extended version of the interview that went out on air yesterday.
