Woman dies following crash in Co Tipperary
The single vehicle crash happened on the M7 motorway near Nenagh at around 7am.
The driver and only occupant of the car was pronounced dead at the scene, it is understood the car struck a barrier.
The motorway between junctions 24 and 23 is closed for a forensic collision investigation, diversions are in place.
Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact Gardai.
